Hi, I'm Aaron Hahn owner
of Hahn Builders formerly Basement Boys General Contracting. I have a young
family, and am working hard to build a highly respected construction
business. After successfully completing a three and a half year business course
at Niagara College, I went to work for several construction companies.
I learned the
construction trade from the ground up. The fact that my grandfather was a carpenter
got me off to a good start. Granddad and I spent many hours
together in his shop when I was a boy. Granddad taught me how
to use his tools and enjoyed sharing his knowledge of woodworking with
me. The pleasure was mutual. My good friend and associate,
Gerrit Vos, is also a licensed carpenter who taught me a lot.
After a few years of
working for construction companies, I started Basement Boys General
Contracting in 2006 to specialize in

finishing basements. The
business soon grew to a lot more than basements which called for a name
change.
Building and renovating homes is more
than just woodworking. Business skills are required such as
estimating, budgeting, inventory management, employee management, safety
management, sub-trade management and customer relations. That is where my
business training really helps. And that is where my wife, Rebecca,
helps too.
We'd love to be able to
